1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Salusform WordPress plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Salusform is developed and operated by Adventor AS, organization number 936 980 775 MVA, Eikremsvingen 9, 6422 Molde, Norway.
2. The product
Salusform is a WordPress plugin that captures, encrypts, and stores form submissions in your own WordPress database. It works alongside existing form plugins including Elementor Pro, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, and Gravity Forms.
Salusform does not host, process, or have access to the personal data collected through your forms. All data is stored on your own server.
3. License
What you get
When you purchase a SalusForm license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress websites specified by your plan.

What you may not do
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
- Use the plugin on more websites than your plan allows
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin for commercial redistribution
- Remove or alter copyright notices or branding within the plugin
Updates and support
Your license includes plugin updates and access to support for the duration of your subscription. Updates are delivered automatically through the WordPress admin.
4. Trial period
New users may use Salusform free of charge for 14 days from the date of installation. No payment information is required to start a trial.
After 14 days, access to the inbox is locked until a license is activated. Submissions continue to be captured and encrypted throughout the trial and after expiry — your data is never deleted as a result of an expired trial.
6. Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of Salusform complies with applicable laws, including GDPR
- Configuring access control and retention settings appropriately for your context
- Informing your users that their form submissions are stored and processed
- Maintaining secure access to your WordPress installation
Our responsibilities
Adventor AS is responsible for:
- Delivering a functional plugin that operates as described
- Providing security updates in a timely manner
- Protecting any personal data you share with us in connection with your account
Salusform provides tools to assist with GDPR compliance. It is not a substitute for legal advice. You remain the data controller for all data collected through your forms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Salusform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adventor AS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the plugin’s fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all WordPress configurations.
We do not warrant that the plugin will be free from bugs or errors, though we commit to addressing issues promptly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adventor AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Salusform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory penalties.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
9. Intellectual property
Salusform, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Adventor AS. Your license grants you the right to use the plugin, not to own it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Salusform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will notify active customers by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Møre og Romsdal, Norway.
