What this policy covers
This privacy policy explains how Adventor AS collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the SalusForm website (salusform.com) and the SalusForm WordPress plugin.
This policy does not cover data collected through your own WordPress installation when using the SalusForm plugin. That data is processed on your own servers, and you are the data controller for that data.
Data we collect on salusform.com
When you visit our website
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to individual identities.
When you purchase a license
We collect the information necessary to process your payment and deliver your license key. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. The following data is collected:

Email address
Company name (optional)

When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we store your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver your license, process payments, and provide customer support.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate and improve our website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for marketing communications such as the waitlist and product updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Deliver and activate your Salusform license
- Process payments through Lemon Squeezy
- Send transactional emails related to your purchase
- Respond to support requests
- Notify subscribers of product launches and news
- Monitor and improve the performance of salusform.com
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Third parties
We share data with the following third parties where necessary to operate the service:

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Data related to the Salusform plugin
When you install and use the Salusform plugin on your WordPress site, all form submission data is stored in your own database, on your own server. Adventor AS does not have access to this data.
The only data exchanged between your WordPress installation and our servers is:
- License key validation requests (license key, domain name, plugin version)
- License activation and deactivation
This data is used solely for license management and is not shared with third parties.
Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
- Customer data — retained for the duration of your subscription and for 3 years thereafter, in accordance with Norwegian accounting law.
- Support correspondence — retained for 2 years after the last contact.
- Server logs — retained for 16 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — you may ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it.
- Restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
