Installation

Salusform is a paid plugin that is easy to install and set up.

Download the plugin here
Go to WordPress Admin
Go to plugins -> Add new -> Press Upload Plugin button

Select the zip files you just downloaded
Upload and activate

First startup

Salusform listen to code to identify form submissions. You need to send in or wait for the first submission before the plugin can identify an incoming submission.

Select up to two Data Controllers. These are the people responsible for GDRP and handling of personal data in your organization.
The Data Controlles will have access to all form data by default.
Go to your form on your website and submit one, to start the setup.
After the initial submission, the form setup will continue in WP Admin -> Salusform -> Aceess Management
- Here you will be able to decide who will have access to each and every form.
You are now all set.
