GDPR and Privacy Focused solution
The intention for Salusform is to solve a key problem we have observed as web developers, working with clients for years. Form submissions are often available to all admin users like your support personell, your agency or tech people. This is a direct violation of the GDPR rules.
Salusform solves this with providing some spesific solutions:
- Each form have an easy to use processing protocol for each form in accordance with GDPR Article 30 – With settings on retention period (in days)
- The retention period will delete the submissions older than your set days.
- This allows for form data to the reception and form data to a doctor being treated differently
- Access log
- What user have seen what submission ID and when.
- Processing protocol ready for one click export for docmentation when needed.
- Encrypted form field data.
- “Over the shoulder” – prevention. When you open the submission you can select when to read the content, to prevent over the shoulder reading.

* Sending emails from WordPress require a email/smtp setup with DNS validation to prevent emails going into the spam folder. Contact your website administrator to make sure email is set up correctly before replying to a message.
